Change of Mind Policy
If you change your mind and wish to exchange or refund your goods, HQ Linen cannot refund, but will offer you a credit note for future shopping purchases. We can only accept those goods if our product meet the following criteria:
If the Product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality
- If the size of the sheet doesn’t fit on bed.
- The product does not match the website Picture or our description.
- For return you can present your online invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.
