Change of Mind Policy

If you change your mind and wish to exchange or refund your goods, HQ Linen cannot refund, but will offer you a credit note for future shopping purchases. We can only accept those goods if our product meet the following criteria:

If the Product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality

  1. If the size of the sheet doesn’t fit on bed.
  2. The product does not match the website Picture or our description.
  3. For return you can present your online invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.
